Michael Raso and Mat Marrash are joined by returning guest Dan Domme.
Dan describes his experience of going to see The Pixies with John Fedele at the Wellmont Theater in Montclair, NJ. Lost cell phones, wallet and driving the 1987 “Grey Ghost” (Chrysler 5th Avenue) didn’t stop Dan from taking some excellent pictures with his Olympus Stylus Epic.
Mat touches briefly on his experiments with carbon printing. This special process creates amazing etched (almost 3-D type) images.
Did you know that you can rent medium format cameras?? Mat describes the “Price Port” and the excellent prices from Adorama Rentals in NYC.
One listener writes in and asks..What is the best portable flash? Both Michael and Dan harmonize that it’s the Vivitar 252 Flash with Hot Show annnnnd a PC cord!
