Film Photography Podcast Episode 322
May 15, 2024 – We have a lively roundtable discussion about the availability of 126 Instamatic film in 2024 and beyond. Mat discusses grants and residencies for film photographers in the US.
What are 126 Cameras and Film?
Introduced by Kodak in 1963 and discontinued in the late 90s, 126 cartridge film was used in Kodak Instamatic and Reflex Cameras. While 35mm in width, the film is sprocketed differently and is housed in an awesome, convenient plastic cassette (that just drops right in your camera). How can you shoot this film format in 2024?
