Manufactured by Photographer's Formulary, TD-3 Technical Pan Film Developer is an original formulation by William Troop. It is a unique, non-Phenidone based film developer offered exclusively by the Formulary. This developer, when used to process Kodak Technical Pan and other FPP High Contrast films will yield negatives with unique clarity, high acutance, and superlative low contrast gradation.

Notes from Leslie: You will need Two 1-liter containers suitable for chemistry storage and a beaker, graduate etc to accurately measure water.

Stock:
Mix the contents of Bottle A, 125ml, with 875 ml of water, they recommend distilled water. This makes 1 litre of Stock solution A.

Mix the contents of Bottle B, 125ml, with 875 ml of water, they recommend distilled water. This makes 1 litre of Stock solution B.

Unlike some developers that allow you to use either stock or working solutions you can only use working  to processes film with TD-3.

Shelf life once mixed into the stock solution is 1 year in full bottles.

Working Solution:
Use 50ml of Stock A and  50ml of Stock B and mix with 400 ml of water, this makes 500 ml, approximately 17 ounces, of product ready to develop film. Once again distilled is recommended.
or
Use 100 ml of Stock A and 100 ml of Stock B and mix with 800 of water, this makes 1000 ml, approximately 34 ounces, of product ready to develop film.

Mix only what you need for your film developing session, it's working time is 1-2 hours. Do not re-use this mixed working solution for further rolls, it is considered "one-shot."
